KICKS/STRIKES:
1) Front snap kick, front snap kick, back hand punch
2) Front snap kick, ax kick, back hand punch
Focus Kick: Front snap kick, punch

BLOCKS/STRIKES:
1) Front stance down block, staying there single middle punch
2) Back stance single knife hand block, slide into front stance punch

SELF-DEFENSE:
1) Against a right single punch toward face
a) step toward outside (left), out to in left block
b) single punch towards ribs (right)
c) grab shoulder, knee toward mid section (right)
