YOUTH A+ AFTER SCHOOL
The key attribute of the A+ Program is the motivational, goal oriented, Taekwondo classes that students participate in. Days however, are not one-dimensional and include exercise, structured games, and valuable down time for schoolwork, reading, and other activities. Each day begins with us providing transportation from select area schools to our facility, and winds down with convenient pick up times that are great for parents.
TopKick is committed to supplying a great experience for each and every student. Our facilities reflect this commitment with dedicated A+ activity rooms, which are ideally suited to the A+ student. Our activity rooms offer dedicated workspace and storage for each student. Students have full access to board games, art & craft materials, books, and much more. Just a few short steps from the activity room are our spacious work out floors. TopKick’s fully matted floors offer a safe place to exercise, stretch, kick, and punch during Taekwondo class. Before and after class we use the same matted area for indoor games, sports, and team building exercises.
Our dedicated professional staff is focused on providing an exciting and safe environment for all of our A+ students. We pride ourselves on providing a fun atmosphere that is focused on personal growth for each student. Our A+ Program is well staffed with career martial arts instructors, senior staff members, program managers, and assistants.
Each day, students participate in a traditional Taekwondo class led by professional black belt instructors. Classes focus on clearly defined curriculum arranged so each student can set goals, train to achieve them, and experience consistent progress. Students can expect improvements in coordination, overall physical fitness, and concentration skills. Taekwondo instruction also provides valuable self-defense skills and instills self-confidence and personal pride.
A+ days offer plenty of other exciting activities. Often we start the day with indoor obstacle courses, team relay races, balance drillsÖthe list goes on. After class we also supply varied opportunitiesÖmovies, drawing contests, and dedicated time for schoolwork just to name a few. Parents benefit as well with convenient pick up times and full day camps – offered on select school holidays – which are included as part of the base tuition. Our optional summer and spring break camps also fit well with many families and supply a great year round option.
